Chicago Dog Services, LLC has been a HUGE help with our dog waste. With 3 large breed dogs it accumulates quickly. It’s great knowing the kids can go out and play, and not worry about the mess. They’ve always been very punctual and incredibly detailed to not miss any areas. (Even the hiding spots) Love having the small family owned business out in our community helping families spend more time making memories and less time dealing with the “not so fun part”. Thanks for being accommodating to our fur babies and us as well. If we could give 10 stars, we would! I have been using Chicago Dog Services now for 4.5 years! I hired them on when they were first opening the business. The reason I have used them continuously for this long is because Brandon offers a flexibility that I couldn’t expect from anywhere else. I have moved three or four times and this had never caused an interruption in service. Through storms, family emergencies, etc, any time there has been an anticipated delay or rescheduling of a service Brandon has made sure to clearly communicate to me. There are plenty of businesses that offer this service but Brandon ensures you premises is secure EVERY time he leaves, rarely have I ever seen a single piece of waste missed and he is always available if you have question about your service, invoice or pick up day. Don’t be just a number with those bigger companies. Support small, family own businesses that offer professional service, exceptional communication and consistency above all. I’ve been using Chicago Dog Services for over a month now and I wish I had started sooner. Brandon and team have been outstanding and have made my life much easier. I gave birth to my first human child in January and knew I couldn’t keep up with the poop from our 3 dogs. It gives me peace of mind to know the dogs have a clean yard to play in. Very reliable and reasonable. Family owned and operated business. I have special attention/requirements for my dogs & property. Chicago Dog Services has been nothing short of professional, punctual, and in times of emergency understanding. The company has been great to my pup and has even taken her for a walk.
